'Nizlopi'
are the genius's behind the number 1 seilling 'JCB Song' and their
amazing album 'Half these songs are about you'. Jamie Callum rates them as the
best duo on the planet, as do I. Their new stuff is dynamite, especially their
new single 'Glastonbury'. I suggest booking your tickets now as they probably
will sell out. www.nizlopi.com

The legend 'Tom
Hingley' is the ex-lead
singer and songwriter of Inspiral Carpets. Originally from Abingdon in Oxford,
he moved to Manchester in 1984 and formed the band ‘Too Much Texas’ and
worked collecting glasses at The Hacienda. Joined Inspiral Carpets in 1989 and
gave Noel Gallagher his first job (no Inspirals, no Oasis – simple as that!).
Left in 1995 after 20 top 40 hits to start solo career. www.tomhingley.co.uk
'Paul
Simmonds' is the chief songwriter with British folk rock legends ‘The
Men They Couldn’t Hang' and has written a bunch of songs that have entered the
English Tradition such as Ironmasters, The Ghosts of Cable Street, The Colours
and Shirt of Blue.
For this show he
will be premiering an album’s worth of new material that will showcase his
growing interest in Country music and will be joined on vocals by Orbital
vocalist Naomi Bedford. His solo work has been compared to both Woody Guthrie
and John Prine and he is currently preparing an album for release. w
